TAKING SMALL STEPS TOWARD YOUR GOAL
I hope you are well and that this information on procrastination will aid you in moving forward! You have a dream you want to fulfill. You know what your goals are and the steps you need to take to reach them. Now you can determine what it is you need to do first. Break your project down into smaller steps. Determine when in your schedule you will accomplish those actions. Then begin. To keep yourself moving forward be accountable to someone like a friend or hire a Life Coach. Reward yourself with small daily rewards after you’ve accomplished your activity. Remember to take stock in what you are accomplishing and enjoy the journey as you go.
