You know how it can be difficult to follow through on your New Years Resolutions? Well, you can improve on that by knowing your dreams and “big picture” goals. Then develop your resolutions out of those goals and you’ll be more committed to following through. For example if my goal is to be healthy and fit, my resolutions might include eating a healthy diet, exercising and having regular physicals. Dreams are often bigger than what your current resources tell you you can do. Expand your vision. Put up pictures on your refrigerator displaying your dreams. Write them down. “To achieve the
