ENCOURAGE YOURSELF THROUGH SELF RESPECT

 

A key way to respect yourself is to avoid self criticism and put downs.  How do you do that?

 

When your plan doesn’t work, when you did not accomplish as much as you had hoped look for the positives:

 

      1:  Learn to love and accept yourself.

  1. Notice the steps you have taken.
  2. Appreciate yourself.
  3. Have faith in yourself

Then regroup and restart.
