7 WAYS TO DEVELOP YOUR COURAGE

This week we are continuing on the subject of encouragement.

You know you can’t expect to grow as an individual all at once.  You will never be perfect because you are a human being.

 

With the courage to be imperfect, you are willing to make an effort.  You quit worrying about what happened in the past and focus on what is happening today.

 

Here are 7 ways to develop your courage:

  1. Work at being helpful not better than others.
  2. See mistakes as part of learning.
  3. Enjoy yourself and other people.  This feels much better than finding fault.
  4. Make small changes rather than trying to be a whole new you.
  5. Get to know your own strengths and good qualities and use them.
  6. Value yourself.
  7. See important areas of your life as challenges to be met not problems to be overcome.
