My Background:
I am a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have practiced therapy since 1974. (This is important for you in selecting a coach. Many coaches out there have no legitimate credentials.) I am also a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
I currently have a private practice in Port Angeles, WA where I provide both Life Coaching and individual, marital and family therapy. This is my calling and I both love doing it and am very dedicated to the success of all I serve!
Since I have always practiced in rural settings I learned to be a "generalist" long ago! So besides assisting many men and women toward their goals, I've taught parenting classes for about 25 years and counseled children and teenagers!
I've taken my training for coaching through Mentorcoach and find life coaching to be a natural outgrowth of my experience as a therapist.

You might also like to know that I have a family and two small terriers. My son is 31 and is on his own now. My terriers, Bert and Quigley, are Delta Society Therapy dogs and lots of fun so I'll share these photographs.
